Jan founded Kirkpatrick Executive Search & Selection in 2003,
to provide an independent and innovative recruitment service to
clients.
Following
an earlier career in information technology management with Distillers
and British Petroleum, Jan has worked in executive recruitment
since 1987.
Having
worked for two executive search and selection companies, managing
increasingly senior level assignments, she joined the Global Employment
Solutions practice of Ernst & Young as a Managing Consultant.
Jan managed the delivery of a range of recruitment assignments
for clients, as well as recruiting for the firm, before being
seconded into the business process outsourcing consultancy where
she worked on the design and implementation of pan-European shared
service centres for finance, procurement and IT.
An
associate of Maxxim Consulting, (www.maxximconsulting.com)
as well as delivering executive recruitment assignments for Maxxim’s
clients, Jan is trained in the assessment and implementation of
emotional intelligence as a performance criteria in leadership
recruitment and development, through the application of the Genos
framework (www.genos.com.au).
She
promotes the recruitment of diversity in management teams, with
particular interest in the development and transition of female
executives from middle to senior management roles. |
