Jan founded Kirkpatrick Executive Search & Selection in 2003,
to provide an independent and innovative recruitment service to
to organisations who value best practice in recruitment.
With an earlier
career in information technology management with Distillers and British Petroleum
and several years as a managing consultant in the Global Employment Solutions practice
at Ernst & Young, Jan has over 20 years experience in executive recruitment.
She delivers assignments
in the functional disciplines of information technology, business change, finance, risk and
compliance, legal, sales and marketing, research, strategy and business operations.
Her clients are predominantly
financial services and information businesses. As well as managing the appointment of senior business
specialists and managers, she undertakes large scale recruitment projects requiring multiple appointments
and builds talent pipelines for growing organisations.
Jan promotes the development of
diversity in management teams, with particular interest in the transition of female executives from
middle to senior management. |
